IMO the waitress can possibly sue.
On what grounds?
She posted a receipt that belonged to the business she worked for, on social media. I am sure that violates several company policies. She did something stupid and it cost her.
The waitress said that there was nothing in Applebees handbooks against what she did.
I would think someone else would love to hire her though. She will not be unemployed long IMO.
