This has been going on for decades. What fraction of Federal spending is just outright stolen? No one knows. No one cares.
So the government is now spending $3.8 trillion a year, $1.3 trillion of which is borrowed, and no one cares? Maybe that’s the problem; maybe it’s time to start caring.
