1) When was the SSN discovered by "researchers" or busybodies? If it was after Obama declared his candidacy, it may not necessarily be a valid one.

2) How was the supposed SSN obtained by the "researchers"? Whoever used it to find out more information by falsely pretending to be Obama himself or a potential employer broke the law, no?
