2) How was the supposed SSN obtained by the "researchers"? Whoever used it to find out more information by falsely pretending to be Obama himself or a potential employer broke the law, no?
But how was it originally revealed in the first place?
It's my understanding that it turned up under closer inspection with Abobe Illustrator in an unflattened layer of "The One's" tax return files that he released. It seems that the number was redacted in the final layer but whoever removed it neglected to merge all the layers together. By opening the file with the original software used, all the layers were clearly visible, including the redacted portions. I'm sure that somebody that worked for obama is in the doghouse over that major faux pas.
But how was it originally revealed in the first place?
Late to the party?

Several years ago, perhaps shortly after zero was first elected, I stumbled upon some data that Orly Taitz had dug up on zero. The material was damning and covered a host of topics including forged Selective Service Registration (as documented by a former FBI forgery expert) as well as a total of 9 SSNs that were associated with zero, including the current CT SSN.
Unfortunately, most people at FR consider Ms. Taitz a clueless buffoon but, based on what I have seen show up here over the years, her discovery has revealed a number of forged or stolen documents and proven that Ms. Taitz was well ahead of the curve.
On the basis of those original documents discovered by Ms. Taitz and everything that has been discovered since, I have long believed that zero is a fraud and not eligible to be POTUS. Remember, he has spent in the neighborhood of $2 million to seal and hide his past. Smoke, meet fire.

If there is a court action, a private investigator can obtain various reports that reveal copious amounts of information. The SSN, court actions, addresses, relatives, friends, and much, much more. All legal.
Do a search on Lexis/Nexis, specifically the "Accurint Comprehensive," report.
