The Republicans in Congress look like they are about to sell us out on the question of protecting the Second Amendment. The way they took a dive on the “fiscal cliff” gives us an idea of what they will probably do when confronted with Barack Obama’s fearsome attacks on gun ownership. They won’t listen to us. They will jump as high as the media and Obama tells them to and count themselves lucky if they aren’t singled out as a Hillbilly and an ogre for opposing “common sense” gun control.

If they do, I will become a “suicide voter” and vote Democrat every chance I get. Not third party, but Democrat. This issue is my line in the sand. Take heed, GOP. You’ve been able to count me among your ranks for almost a quarter century, but it is over if you throw this fight.
Loud and clear, we conservatives, the base, the practicing Christians, have been told to not let the door hit us in the netheregion, but we can’t gather our little band and go.
But, food for thought, thinking here that the GOPE can either join us or continue to lose election after election. Clones of socialist democrats is not a winning contrast, after all, as socialist Romney just demonstrated.
The Establishment are obviously in the squirming stage right now, feeling the heat. THAT is an encouraging sign.
What a boatload of BS!! By the election next year, we will be debating whether or not to vote for the only 'Pubbie in the race (because there are no challengers) or voting for the lefty. Retaining control of the House, or bowing to the obvious and caving to Obama the Maniacal's demands.
The fact is that next year we will do what we always do - line up at the voting booth, bend over and take it as we re-elect the same losers that we have been re-electing for years. The politicians know it and are not going to lose any sleep worrying that we are pi$$ed. We've been pi$$ed for a few years, now, and the same losers keep getting re-elected.
The mid-term next year will be no different!
How come there are no Americans with guts to form a third party, something like the Conservative Party of the United States of America (symbol - Turtle). I will join as soon as I get knighted (i.e., get Citizenship). The democratic party will kill us all.

"our" side is weak, growing smaller, and the best some of you can come up with is "lets get weaker and smaller".....
not that I disagree with trying to get the pub party to stand up for us, but I just have to laugh at all the hate directed at the pubs when the rats control everything and not nearly the hate is spewed at them and what they have done...
They, the GOP, are already sorry, and I sincerely doubt there is one left in Washington with the stuff to fight for our country let alone desire.
The GOP will sell conservatives out on Illegal Alien Amnesty first...then on gun control
