I like the Knorr chicken bouillon, but have not found a beef bouillon that I think is as good. I do not care for Wyler’s products. What beef bouillon do you like to store? (Please tell me it isn’t Wylers!!) Also, is there a ham bouillon available? I have not seen any out here in the toolies where I live.

I don't store beef bullion. There isn't one that's worth squat. I also don't store ham bullion. There's enough feral hogs around here that I make my own stock or base.

I use chicken bullion, if I use bullion, or make my own stock.

I'm lucky that I have a chef in the house (I live alone). ;)

I do, however, use Gia Vi Nau Pho (a beef 'flavor paste'). Daughter married into a Cambodian family, and I got hooked on it. Beef stock, it ain't. It's got ginger, and lots of other flavors in it.
