Somebody copied what was here and sent it to Al Hendershot who published it but without any of the context that would have been present if somebody had gotten it directly from my blog. As a result Hendershot posted it as if it was unsubstantiated (and undocumented) rumor,

Doesn't anybody follow legal rules, common courtesy, or the standards of sourcing anymore?

I have no idea what an "Al Hendershot" is, but I can guarantee you from what you wrote here, I wouldn't trust anything I read with that name tagged to it. Who steals stuff from Free Republic and re-posts it?

This is why whenever I need to know information, I follow the links, then I search for the information on other sources, and hopefully find good dual-sourced news items to verify what I'm reading.

It's pretty slipshod to assume that someone's 3rd-hand account posted to a blog is a reasonable source of information.

BTW, why redact your own blog entries here? And if it was because of copyright, how could you have them on your blog?

Oh, this all just hurts my head thinking about it.

I redacted the link to my affidavit because I wanted the Congress members to be able to verify that it was truly signed by me, and signed and notarized by the notary, and all my sources were named and it was all done to legal standards - but I didn’t want my source’s or my contact information available to the general public, because I wanted to protect my family.

My middle-school daughter was really disturbed to find that some of the people who don’t like me have tried to suggest that I am mentally ill and my children should be taken away from me. I like to be able to tell my family that I try to be as careful as I can so that people who wish me ill are not as easily-equipped to do anything bad to me or to them.

And also I’m not sure what the legalities are regarding making public some of the information in the affidavit, because one of the sources had asked me to always ask permission before posting any of her stuff publicly. I’m not a lawyer; I don’t know what happens to agreements like that when crimes are reported, etc. So rather than do something I shouldn’t legally do, I kept the affidavit itself private.

I also kept the case number for my criminal complaint private because I wanted to make sure that Obama’s people couldn’t easily interfere or make threats to try to keep that case from going forward. Unfortunately, whether by threats from outside forces or not, the officer from the Lincoln Police Department was told he couldn’t investigate AND he could not forward the case to the Nebraska Attorney General’s office, which we both knew was the proper jurisdiction (I only went to the city police because the AG’s office had lied to me - according to the officer - and said they couldn’t take cases directly from the public). The Lincoln Police Chief apparently wanted this case to go nowhere while I naively assumed that they were routing it to the proper channels. Real nice, huh?

Sharon Rondeau of The Post & Email will be coming out with an article in which she verifies the legal genuineness of my affidavit, the criminal report I made, etc. She interviewed me yesterday and I let her see it all so she could verify it for anybody who doubts that this is real.
