I just found out that all the faxes I sent to the Republican members of Congress have been referred to just the 3 Congress-critters who represent me. I need everybody to contact your own Congress members and let them know that Hawaii registrar Alvin Onaka has certified to AZ SOS Ken Bennett that Obama's Hawaii birth certificate is not legally valid.
Bennett asked Onaka to verify, among other things, that Obama, male, was born on Aug 4, 1961, in Honolulu on Oahu to Stanley Ann Dunham and Barack Hussein Obama. According to Hawaii law, Onaka has to verify any submitted information if he can certify that the birth actually happened that way. And though Onaka verified that the claims on the White House image are claimed on the record they've got, he did not verify the truth of any of those facts. The only lawful reason for that is if the record they have is not legally valid.

Two other verifications (to MDEC and to KS SOS Kris Kobach) are also consistent with a non-valid record. Onaka has been willing to say that the claims that are actually on the White House image "match" the claims on the record but is NOT willing to say that the information is "identical" or that the White House image is a "true and accurate representation of the original record on file". His refusal to verify what he was specifically asked is his confirmation that those things are NOT true. It is NOT a true and accurate representation of the original record and the information in it is NOT identical to the information in the real record. IOW, the White House image is a forgery.
Which is what affidavits by Sheriff Joe Arpaio and his Cold Case Posse commander, Mike Zullo, also say.
This fits with the 1960-64 birth index being altered to include non-valid records (which I've proven in an affidavit filed for a NE criminal case). And a bunch of other evidence too.
The long and short of it is this: Hawaii has officially certified that they cannot verify Obama's date of birth, city and island of birth, and parents' names. Those are critical to eligibility. With no legally-established birth facts, there is nobody who can certify that Obama is eligible, and every Official Certification of Nomination that Bob Bauer sent to the state SOS's to get Obama on the ballot are fraudulent at best.
IOW, every electoral vote that Obama got was the result of legally-acknowledged (by Hawaii) fraud.
We need the members of Congress to know that every electoral vote for Obama that they accept tomorrow is a vote to accept known criminal behavior.
Please help me get this word out to everybody, since the "machine" will only let me contact 3 people, and I've already done that. We need one Senator and one Representative to object to all the known-fraudulent electoral votes for Barack Obama.
That’s interesting. I was talking to Robert J. Charles. He invited us to communicate to the Chairman. The response you got from the legal arm is more of what I am accustomed to getting from the RNC. FWIW, it might be worthwhile at least having a chat directly with Charles about the rebuff you got from legal. If you do, let us know how it worked out.
Everyone should note that the volunteers answering the phones at the RNC are prohibited from expressing any position, because their doing so could be misconstrued as an official position of the RNC. The beest that can be hoped for is to donate your first born child into perpetual servitude and hope for some assistance in communicating your concerns to the Chairman.
We know a cert exists and for many years the birthers didn't admit it. Now they say it was inserted into the records post hoc. But there's a distinct lack of evidence especially considering it would have been done recently.
Usually whenever a new birth certificate is created it REPLACES the first one. That means it is given the same BC# and the first BC is sealed (cannot be accessed any more except through a court order.) The HDOH cannot verify any facts from a sealed birth certificate.
The only instance in which a new BC is created but does not replace the first one is when the new BC is a fake with false information, created at the request of law enforcement. In that instance, the newly-created false BC is given a different number so that both the fake BC and the first one are in the database.
That is the only instance where one person can have 2 unsealed birth certificates at the same time without a court order.
Who is Robert J. Charles, and how can I speak to him directly?
Why won’t any of these Hawaiian officials do interviews or grant access to the president’s birth records? What’s the f’ing problem with that? It’s not like looking at his medical records.. It’s just damn birth records yet ALL Hawaiian officials are afraid of something.. VERY afraid. Leaders are temporary; great ideas will find an audience and be adopted by those who find them effective. Decentralize; Freerepublic has a vast resource of intelligent and experienced participants. I think the joint session is supposed to begin in about 10 minutes. At this point it’s probably too late to get a written objection in. So any communications from here on out need to be about filing a lawsuit to compel the legal determination of Obama’s birth facts before Jan 20th.
Hobby Lobby has the perfect standing to bring this thing to a head. They’ve been denied a stay of enforcement of the HHS mandates by Sotomayor, who was nominated by a guy who Onaka has now indirectly confirmed in an official certification as Constitutionally unable to “act as President” because he has no legally-established birth facts and thus can not have “qualified” by Jan 20, 2009. The legal presumption at this point is that Onaka’s disclosure is “regular” - obeys the laws he is required to obey. Their case is urgent, before SCOTUS already and with standing, and applies to this whole situation. The money that they lose every day could easily pay for an excellent attorney to represent them on such a challenge.
There are only some officials who can access the records. It's plausible that all of them are on Obama's side and believe that his records should be "private" (i.e. only accessible through the required protocols). They don't mind or don't care about the ongoing ambiguity.

Absolutely, that’s why it is just a theory, we would need almost an entire months worth of BCs and the information on them to see how they were numbered.

They have said they can’t verify 0bama’s date of birth. Listen to 0bama himself, in his own words.. I’ve posted the link to the video where he gets his own birth date wrong. Hell, the WH website has made mistakes with regard to his AGE let alone his birth date.

In response to Bennett’s additional page of requests Onaka did verify that the claims on the White House image of Obama’s BC are also claimed on the record on file. If the record were valid, Onaka is required by law to verify the truth of all the above-listed claims. By refusing to verify those things, Onaka indirectly confirmed (and certified) that Obama’s Hawaii BC is not legally valid.
Though most of the world believes the media and White House version rather than what the law actually says, the fact is that Hawaii has verified that they have no legally-determined birth date, birth place, or birth parents for Obama. Without knowing those facts for Obama, there is no way anybody can lawfully say Obama has qualified and no way that he actually ever COULD qualify.
To get Obama’s name on the state ballots, DNC Counsel bob Bauer submitted an Official Certification of Nomination claliming that Obama is qualified to serve as President. That cannot be known without legally-established birth facts for Obama, and Hawaii law says the only way to legally determine his birth facts is if the record is presented as evidence to a judicial or administrative person or body and it is decided whether the claims on the BC have any legal or evidentiary value.
Until that happens it is LEGALLY KNOWN that Barack Obama cannot qualify to be President.
Unless Obama is taken to court and forced to present his birth record as evidence so the legal value of it can be determined and legal birth facts established, Obama can NEVER “qualify” as required by the 20th Amendment.

I believe it would have more "punch" if we cited (the numeric designation of) Hawaii law where it is mentioned -- or, at least once. My point being that this presentation /argument / charge relies on both HI Law and the 20th Amendment.
Also, it does not issue a specific request for action (suit by a congress member).

According to Hawaii §338-21 , Obama could feasibly have two or maybe three legal “ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES OF BIRTH”. If the HDOH can’t verify facts from the sealed birth certificate what’s the point of verifying a document that has been altered to suit their purposes?
What is needed is the “ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE OF BIRTH” that was issued at the time of birth but no judge will ever issue a court order to release it. If Obama has an authentic birth certificate from the state of Hawaii then my question is ”WHY DID THE WHITE HOUSE POST A FAKE BIRTH CERTIFICATE ON THE INTERNET? WHAT IS OBAMA HIDING?”

In my years of genealogy searches, I have copied and pasted many PDF documents and never had one come apart like the Obama BC. Shouldn’t the pasted image look exactly like the copied image? This appears to be proof enough that the document was pieced together and is obviously a fake. Send that to your members of Congress and everyone else you know.

If they altered the scan of a legal documents via photoshop that is a crime. A forgery.
But that PDF file was never the scan of a piece of paper. The seals were IMPORTED into the file. It's a manufactured computer file not the scan of a piece of paper.

No. Either Hawaii gave them the PDF file or somebody in the WH or his lawyers illegally used Onaka's seal and date stamp.
They didn't need a real human being to fly to Hawaii for any other purpose then to defraud the public.
The papers they gave Corely (IN PERSON) are probably stamped with big red letters...NOT LEGALLY VALID or AMENDED.
