Ann Barnhardt declared a tax strike and had her bank account seized by the IRS in November. She has not posted on her site for nine days. Does anyone know what is going on with her?

Probably. I don't remember if liens are considered to be part of the public record, or not. If I correctly recall, however, they are.
Please stay focused: folks were worried that she'd been shipped off to the Gulag, and I questioned why they were worried. It's as simple as that.
I spoke to Ann today. She is not incarcerated but is expecting to be.
