Splosions, guns, rampaging deer.
Sounds like it was a great childhood to me.
Me?
I only got to perfect my coffee.
Drats.

Humblegunner cannot POSSIBLY be called a 'popular kid' here on Free Republic. A significant number of folks listen to Limbaugh but absolutely hate him.
I guess it depends how you define popular. ;-)

The ability to make good coffee is a rare talent, imho. I could probably drink coffee 24 hours a day if I could do without the sleep. :)

The ability to make good coffee is a rare talent, imho. I don't know that I would characterize Dark's brew as "good" or even necessarily "coffee"..

Wow! My method of brewing coffee..
To an automatic brewer, combine:
Three cups of water
Four heaping scoops of cafe Britt coffee
Cream to taste
Splenda to taste
Repeat as necessary.

I don’t know as it does.
But I have been told that certain forest animals will drink the stuff and then act as if they are reanimated.

Not that the game warden is any great loss... but still..

I don’t know that humblegunner was ever considered okay.
He is my friend and I don’t think he suffered much after drinking your coffee.
The deer suffered and tried to inflict suffering upon humblegunner, but that is another story.

Coffee’d up deer act... strange.
Don’t know as their conditioon would be listed as suffering.
Hallucinating maybe.
Suffering, not sure.

Deer can be aggressive, but it never occurred to me that their hostility might be due to too much caffeine.

Overtly hostile deer in Humble’s section of Texas are due to one thing: Coffee.
Specifically the stuff I described.
It’s probably the sugar, if it is sweet enough, deer will drink anything.
Even heavy liqour.
