The ancient Tibetan religion had no such inhibitions and claims that we are descended from monkeys.

If mankind evolved from monkeys why are there monkeys still around? Are the present monkeys still evolving and will they someday turn into humanlike beings? If not why not?

Most people in the United States trace their ancestry from Western Europe. How come there are still Western Europeans around?
