"The system" is supposed to be consistent with the restrictions on government that the Constitution imposes upon it. The milk of human kindness is supposed to help people like him, not forced labor from strangers.
Call me after you fixed what “is” into what is “supposed to be”. Until then, he paid into the “system” for 30 yrs and I have no problem with him getting that back.
