The article gives a long list of a combination of unremarkable facts (ghetto precincts vote for black democrats), unproven assertions (massive fraud happened in swing states), and false claims ("Obama lost in states where voter id laws were in place").

I'll have to admit they are getting better. For example, the first claim used to be "Obama lost every state with real voter photo ID laws". Problem was that 16 states have such laws, and Obama won many of them. Now the claim simply asserts that only 4 states have "voter ID Laws", and picks for very republican states that Obama couldn't steal if he had an army of vote-stealers. The definition of "voter id law" apparently is "law in a state Obama Lost".

It even has a few cases of actual voter fraud, noting that they had a case of a non-citizen being registered as a republican. I'm guessing that was part of the black-ops operation.....

It has these proven false accusations:

  1. "In Ohio, Obama “won” a county by 108% of registered voters—another impossibility, of course, except with well-planned and implemented election fraud" -- In fact, total turnout for that county was 57% of registered voters, and Obama won 51% of those votes, which was actually below his 2008 numbers. The 108%? That's how many more people are on the registration roles than currently live in the county. But only 80% of those are active; and that is reflected in the below-normal 57% turnout).
  2. "In Florida, St. Lucie County and other counties experienced unprecedented voter fraud, with St. Lucie reporting in at a141% turnout—which is impossible" -- Except it isn't, because 141% wasn't the VOTE turnout, it was the BALLOT count. There were two ballots per voters, so the actual turnout was 70%. And the election reports CLEARLY STATE THAT, showing both the number of voters, AND the number of ballots, so it was simple laziness or stupidity of those looking for fraud to get this wrong.
In fact, every specific claim made contains verifiably wrong or easily explained "facts". Most of course are simple declarations.

One of their actual citations for military vote suppression contained this comment:
:UPDATE: Duffel Blog link removed - satire. But read the rest.

And it contained this actual example of "supression":

CBS News: “Tampa-area resident and Navy captain Peter Kehring has spent more than 30 years in the U.S. military. But due to Florida GOP Gov. Rick Scott’s recent purge of voter rolls, Kehring will not be able to cast a vote on Election Day
Yep, that evil Obama enlisted the help of conservative Governor Rick Scott to help supress the military vote.

BTW -- it is clear the overseas military vote is abysmal, and the government is at least partly to blame (in 2008 it was horrible as well), but no specific examples are given of an act by Obama to suppress votes, or to explain why republican states would fail to send absentee ballots to their soldiers overseas.

They have a story from an actual poll worker, who claims he WATCHED voting machines change the votes of voters. Two problems -- first, in no state is a poll worker allowed to actually watch anybody voting; voting is private. So there is no way he "observed" the actual voting machines changing actual votes. Second problem -- he actually admits this in the story, when it says "Ashcroft explained he had been assigned to monitor who voted, and as the evening went on and the local election computer system went up and down, he discovered that some people who had marked as having voted already also suddenly were reversed." -- he was watching the computer that tracked who came in to vote, and if he was doing his job, he certainly wasn't over trying to peak at what people were voting for.

BTW, electronic voting machines to get out of alignment and slections are missed. There is a video showing that, although there are also videos showing people selecting Obama and getting Romney. When this happens, people see the wrong selection, and they can do the selection again, but usually they will report the problem, and the machine is taken out of service.

The report also mixes in likely true stories about democrats getting mentally handicapped people to vote for Obama, which is a problem only because we have no rules requiring a basic intelligence level to vote, and no rules saying you can't convince people to vote for your candidate -- it's sleazy, it's crass, but it's not voter fraud.
