This could include any FReeper or Tea Party protester. “Potential” covers a lot of ground and quite a few Americans are on their way to being labelled as dissidents.

Besides, it’s not a law. Congress passes laws, POTUS doesn’t. He just signs them or Vetos them.

You might conclude, “Oh it's just the latest crazy E.O. by the traitor in chief. Try again. 0 is getting nervous that his coup may become the casualty of an internal uprising against him. This E.O. is likely prompted by the recent senior military officer purge and it is intended to send a message to anyone who may be contemplating similar action. Just another step in yanking the noose tighter around the necks of his enemies. The longer this goes on, the tighter the noose will become.

The new assigned duty for all Executive Br. employees is that they must now inform on their fellow employees. Everyone is now a snitch for 0, watching and listening. Reporting is a ‘subjective’ game, based on how a “threat” is perceived by the snitch. This will certainly create a nice divisive work environment. 0’s faithful minions will use the E.O. as leverage against disliked fellow employees. It will create workplace class warfare in the extreme. Employees can now intimidate and snitch on fellow employees with the authority of an E.O. Expressed negative thoughts and First Amendment rights are out the window, the Constitution be damned. I presume removal or dismissal will be the punishment for anyone who the regime concludes after the fact should have but failed to timely rat out his/her fellow employee(s).
