Should Sarah Palin run for president in 2016? Conservative columnist Charlotte Allen thinks so, arguing that the former Alaskan governor is just what the GOP needs to revitalize its campaign chances in 2016.

I’d be more inclined to take that seriously if the people who supposedly were more electable this time around weren’t all going to be watching the inauguration on the tube.
“It doesnt matter who I would support. There isnt a Republican who could win a national election.”
I love Sarah Palin but you are right about this. Until we have honest elections, it won’t matter which Republican is chosen. So depressing...
AND how can she get elected?..... Voting DIED Nov 6th..
Its DEAD, Caput... Capped.. Snuffed.. Rubbed out.. has assumed room temperature..
ONLY COWARDs will vote.. the Coup has happened..
The left sent “the” message.. REVOLT.. -or- SHUT THE HELL UP.. (by voting)..
She looks ok to me
Bout like my wife.....just a couple inches shorter i doubt she will run either
and i agree we cant win
But for opposing reasons than do you id bet
>> I hope she runs. If she doesnt, she will be permanently irrelevant.
Would rather have her not run at this point, but remain indefinitely relevant and in charge of the GOP machine.
>> Does this look like someone who could be the leader of the free world?
She looks fantastic. And yes, should could easily lead the Country if elected.
Sarah most effective role for Liberty may not be running for POTUS.
I’m hoping she keeps her peace-of-mind and health a priority.
Actually, I like this new senator, Cruz. Hes a Constitutional lawyer .. and hes really a smart cookie.
I think hed make a great VP candidate for Sarah.
Well, to each their own, but personally I'd like to see people elected to high office actually serve out at least their first term before they set their ambitions higher.
Heart says yes, head says hell no.
Heart says yes, head says hell no.
she should announce NOW, and fight this president every day
Back at ya!
Oh geeze, that’s some zombie stuff right there. No wonder William Jefferson Clinton had to get some extracurricular activity on the side. :P
I had high hopes for her and wish her good luck in her future endeavors!
I personally don`t envision another Republican in the White House (except by invitation) because the economic divide and demographic scales.. along with those of Americans` warming attitudes on socialism,.. have tipped decidedly in the dems` favor. This country just confirmed its center-left political orientation.
That said, a strong conservative in a presidential race would give voice to those who can win further down the ticket. So, Congressional and gubernatorial candidates might benefit to some degree.
But, the GOP winning the White House? Nope.
Do you know where Bill Clinton wrote his notes?
The only thing relevant about her is her great ability to BS folks out of their money for her perpetual campaign to oblivion. She is a nobody that came out of nowhere and refuses to leave the stage. Flame on all you admirers of unemployed Alaskan lap dancers.
Actually, basic search would expose you to the reality she stepped down to stop the false ethics charges from Obamalinsky goons that had created $600k in legal fees.
Her salary was $100k.
Do the math.
They tried to destroy her financially...but she reloaded and moved forward in a different direction.
Now try to understand why she stepped down to live to fight another day. Which she has done.
You're absolutely right. We should settle for McCain . . . or for Romney . . . or for . . . Chris Christie???
Christie has influential friends. Maybe if we go for him, the media will play nice next time around. It's worth a try. That's what we should do - it's what all the liberals want us to do, and I trust their advice as much now as I did four years ago and eight years ago. Why would we settle for a genuine conservative like Palin if she doesn't have MSNBC's approval? Why would anyone think that having a candidate with an unknown number in the tens of millions of enthusiastic supporters would help more than having Romney's 60 million reluctant supporters did?
