Jesus said, “love ye your enemies” and “pray FOR those who despitefully use you and persecute you”. It can’t be any more crystal clear.

Obama and Congress can get saved. We need to pray. God WILLS everyone go to heaven, but that obviously does not happen.
The Lord isn’t really being slow about his promise, as some people think. No, he is being patient for your sake. He does not want anyone to be destroyed, but wants everyone to repent.

We are commanded to pray FOR them, in that they get saved. Praying for them to be evil is not God’s will. God desires our faithful prayers FOR them to get saved and blessed, so He can do it.
Praying FOR leaders wouldn’t be a Biblical command, and praying FOR people would be asinine rather than something believers do, if it were as you say.
God is not asinine in what he commands.

There are several classes of people described in the Bible who are beyond saving. (1) those who blaspheme the holy spirit (attribute the work and power of the HS to Satan/unclean spirits. This is a sin that can never be forgiven (Mark 3:28-30); (2) those who add to or subtract from the words of the Revelation of Jesus Christ (Rev 22:18,19); and (3) the reprobate, those rejected bt God (Romans 1:18-32). One can pray for these till they are blue in the face. It will not do a bit of good. They are beyond hope. God loved them at one point, but they crossed the line and he no longer loves them. He hates them. (”The LORD tests the righteous. But the wicked and the one who loves violence his soul hates.” (Psalms 11:5)
The Bible does not contradict itself or it is not God’s word. The way to reconcile seemingly contradictory statements in the Bible is to reconcile their meaning in light of ALL of God’s counsel (no verse of scripture is of private interpretation—which is what many engage in who have not read the entire Bible and consequently have a warped/skewed understanding).
God commands us to love our enemies, but not his enemies, the truly wicked. When the Antichrist reigns and rules and I am alive, I will not be praying for him, unless it is that God will “break his teeth.” Wiil you?

3) If you don’t forgive her making a mistake last time, you can take it from me that Obama and Congress can be saved, since A) my ministry partner had a dream that Obama can get born again, and B) I had at least 2 dreams where if I supported Romney the cultist, I would be cursed.
So, the word she gave lines up with our dreams, and with scripture.
Forget our dreams for a second. Will you pray for Obama and Congress to get saved, and love them, because of what SCRIPTURE says?

Righteous Hate
When the Antichrist comes into power and rules the world, will you pray for him to be saved? Will you also pray for his prophet?

This is David speaking in the power of the holy spirit, hating God’s enemies, making them his own. All scripture is given by inspiration of God. (2 Timothy 3:16) He is not telling one thing through his prophet David, then something contradictory through Paul in 1 Timothy 2.
“Shouldest thou help the ungodly and love them that hate the LORD?” (2 Chrinicles 19:2a) No! We should hate God’s enemies, making them our own, otherwise “therefore is wrath upon thee from the LORD” (2 Chronicles 19:2b) Those who are not reprobate (totally corrupted, given over by God), not violent and bloody men who slay the innocent, these we should pray for so that we may lead quiet and peaceable lives in all godliness and honesty. But for bloody and violent men, I shall pray down David’s prayer that God will break their teeth.
“Break their teeth, O God, in their mouth; break out the great teeth of the young lions, O LORD. Let them melt away as waters which run continually, when he bendeth his bow to shoot his arrows, let them be cut in pieces.” (Psalms 58:6,7)
False Prophet

God wants all false prophets dead. That is what the bible clearly teaches. Not a good position to be in.

This is why we could pray “break your teeth” prayers on people BEFORE Jesus, but NOW we are commanded to love them per Matthew 5:44.

When God speaks of a “new covenant”, it means he has made the first one obsolete. It is now out of date and will soon disappear.

You are grossly mistaken that the first 39 books of the Bible have "passed away." Jesus says in Mark 13:31: "Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away." Jesus Christ (God) spake all the words of the Law to Moses. Holy men of God moved by the Holy Spirit spoke the words of God. All of these words shall NEVER pass away. They in fact are written on the hearts and minds of believers thanks to the new convenant established by the blood of Jesus Christ.
For you to suggest that God's words are no longer in effect, brands you the hypocrite who picks and chooses which of God's words to obey. You repeatedly confuse the old covenant with Genesis-Malachi. Jesus taught nothing new in what we call the new testament. The new testament explains the old testament. He addressed the popular distortions of the Law and Prophets ("You've heard it said...") but corrected with the formula "It is written...". He was not abolishing the law and the prophets. He was fulfilling it/them.
It is a shame our government doesn't honor in code more of God's Law--executing adulterers, sodomites, false prophets. We would be much better off as a culture. I can hear the railing accusations now--Taliban! They don't keep God's Law. Anyone suggesting so is ignorant of the Law.
