I don’t have much respect for the woman, but is it necessary to call her a “slut”?

Whore are you talking about?

Completely agree. In fact, when I see an author use this kind of language with such vigor, I expect they are getting a thrill from it.

How would you describe her and her behavior?

I dont have much respect for the woman, but is it necessary to call her a slut? No, but if the article also referred to the "lecher" Petreaus, it would be somewhat fair.

Do you not think she has loose sexual morals? Evidence says otherwise.

No she sounds more like a woman in need.

Yes, because she is one.

One is as one does.
She is a married woman who had an extra marital affair with a married man. Therefor she is a slut!

I dont have much respect for the woman, but is it necessary to call her a slut? I couldn't agree more, and she is not qualified to be a whore, there is no evidence that she charged the General.. Tart, is too devilish and not nearly caustic enough..
Others that could be considered are, adulteress, fornicatress, hussy, loose woman, strumpet, trollop, slattern slob, slovenly person..
How about, Pig, or is that too hard on an already battered specie?
I think I'll go with my first instinct, and that was BI#CH!

I agree with you, when we use vile words like that we are resorting to gutter talk - which we once deplored.
And to those who have written, “what would you call her”? The word is in the 7th Commandment and is called ADULTERY.
An article on Drudge said that “after Petraeus was sworn in as CIA director on Sept. 6, 2011, the woman broke up with him. However, Petraeus continued to pursue her, sending her
thousands of emails over the last several months”
His email was being monitored and thus exposed.
