Completely agree. In fact, when I see an author use this kind of language with such vigor, I expect they are getting a thrill from it.

So what would you call a woman who is married (and with children) who engages in an adulterous affair with a married man(who also has children)?

Is your quibble merely because you don’t know if she has had more than one affair? Am I allowed to ask the non-PC question——did she sleep her way to the top???
