In looking at the voting data from Richmond, Virginia, an observer is struck by a few things. First is that Mitt Romney and Barack Obama were running neck-and-neck for the first several precincts. Even in heavily democratic precincts, Romney was still garnering around 25-30% of the vote.
Then, all of a sudden, all in order, starting with Precinct 213, Obama received: 90.30% of the vote, then 95.91%, then 89.62%, then 94.68%, then 97.49%, then 94.16%, then 95.09%. Before these Obama numbers began, Romney had gotten over 30% of the vote, and after they finished, Romney shot back up to 23%.
But this wasn't the only "blip" on the radar. Mr. Obama received over 99% of the vote in two precincts in Richmond, over 98% in another two, and over 97% in four. And they all came in peculiar fashion.
Voters in the same districts would go slightly towards Romney or slightly for Obama, then six or seven in a row would be plus-90% for Obama... then go back to slightly for one of the candidates, then again, another five or six in a row 90% for Obama.
The same odd pattern showed up in Norfolk, Virginia. Precincts would be relatively close, going to Obama or Romney. Then they'd explode towards Obama. For example, starting with Precinct 311, Obama received 68.97%, then exploded to 98.08% of the vote, then 98.21%, then 99.05%, then 97.86%, then 97.96%, then immediately dropped to 58.66%. And these heavily-Obama precincts were not all in the same city, but various cities through Virginia.
It's a good thing the vote in Virginia wasn't close, though, right?

This “Obama didn’t win in a single state with over ID required” is just BS. There’s enough truth about irregularities to put out false info. It only hurts the cause.

I voted early in the mornign in a highly republican district
A woman voted ahead of me and for no grabbed her ballot as it was halfway into the reader and pulled it out- tearing it in half and jamming the machine
All of us bhind her had to put our votes in the ‘emergency bin’
She did not seem concerned that her vote was counted, she did not ask for another ballot, she did not apologize and get ambarrassed, she just walked out
Later that day I heard FOUR MORE machine scanners were broken in 4 other highly republican districts
Manufacturing votes is tricky- you cant too obviously vote dead people or manufature over 100% ... but tossing out ballots is far less detectable
When I first started Wednesday checking votes in various Fairfax County (VA) precincts at the State Board’s site, I got this interesting report:

Between St. Lucie and Broward Counties, we have a pretty good idea what happened in Florida. Normal voting is what, 50% turnout? It doesn’t take many counties like this to affect an entire state by multiple percentage points.
All of these numbers between 99% (Pennsylvania) and 141.1% (Florida) turnout in dozens of counties in swing states makes me think Team Obama was panicking a lot just before the election, with Mitt up by 7% in certain early voting polls. They overcompensated so much the fraud is impossible to hide. I think they know it, which may be one reason Axelrod is stepping down. (Sound familiar Petraeus and Benghazi?)
As I told someone earlier today, this is who Obama is. This is who Chicago (the machine) is. Do we really want this to be who America is? Is this how we will define our elections from 2008 on? As Mitt says, “America can do better.” We must do better. We can’t let the message be out there that America will let this fraud go.

It has also been suggested that we ask Republican Secretaries of State NOT to certify the election until all questions about voter fraud are abated. Some people think this may provoke a crisis, but it can’t be worse than the one we are looking at for the next four years and the impact on generations to come! America NEEDS Mitt, and Mitt won fair and square. This was not a ballot stuffing competition but an election. Let’s make sure it’s counted that way!

Before going too far with this, someone needs to check out the demographics precinct by precinct. As some of the commenters on the original blogpost point out, it could be that the 99% and 95% precincts were predominantly African American. Could be. Might not be. To avoid egg on our faces, we need more info before sending this around to friends.
I agree, percentages are one thing , total votes another . When you have 100% turnout, something is fishy.Also I wonder how much money a vote cost.

It looks like every swing state Hussein carried had irregularities. If the Republicans were a real political party, they’d call for an investigation.
Now, in retrospect, it makes complete sense doesn't it?
I’m calling BS on this. Wood county was won by Obama 51% to 47% with 2% going to others. Obama got 31,596 votes to Romney’s 28,997. Thats a total of 60,593 votes. That means only 61,829 votes were cast in Lake County Ohio, far below the 98,000 eligible voters in the county. There would have been no need to register excess voters if fraud was planned. Only about 63% turnout left plenty for fraudsters to play with and not raise a red flag with the 108% number.
Just face it, Ohio has a majority of low info, envious, dysfunctional and degenerate voters.
