I checked out his website, and then dug into his history a bit and some of his theses. I know this a shotgun pattern rather than a bullseye with a 270 Winchester, but offhand, I peg him as being mixed up somewhere amongst Edgar Cayce, The Rosicrucians, Jeanne Dixon and some pygmy witch doctor he consulted while in Africa. Merely my layman’s opinion.
