This is a moral and leadership issue. Not a legal issue. 0 has failed as a man and as a president.
The president has authority to send soldiers and Ambassadors to their deaths. Happened all the time in WWII, WWI and the Civil War. It sucks. But he does. The remedy is to vote him out for doing so for craven political reasons.
You and Jeeves are right.
We have never criminally gone after any President once they are out of office. That is one of the major things that makes America different and better. If we ever cross that threshold, it will not turn out to our betterment.
Impeachment and elections are our way.
I agree with everyone’s feeling that if ever we consider “more than un-electing” any President , this jerk is deserving.
