If you look at the video of that supposed " film maker " take a look at his gait.. the way he walks..... that's the way a street thug walks.
Perhaps ? maybe ? they found some willing street thug to put on those cloths and be the pretend scapegoat in that photo op video ?
Perhaps ? they found some jail bird waiting on their conviction and gave him a lesser charge if he would play along and put those cloths on and act the part ?

Yeah, I know, BIG TIN-FOIL HAT conspiracy stuff...

But what was the real reason they had to hid his identity ?
Maybe ? that guy walking away from the police car was NOT the supposed film maker but a stand in ?

Once again ? check out his gait.. the way he walks... he walks like a street thug.
