Somebody on FNC this morning said Joe must have taken a 5 Hour Energy drink. But it ran out 1/2 hour before the end of the debate.His team was probably jumping up and down waving trying to get his attention to turn it down much earlier, but the ego-maniac idiot didn't notice til near the end.
