For satire there is not a whole lot of humor in the article.

This is the only thing I see as humorous.

Kim Jong-un says he defected for many reasons: he was a prisoner there, a puppet. He said that he was wanting to be free, to watch South Korean drama's, attend a 2NE1 concert and mostly because he tired of being the only fat man in his country.

Seems to me that North Korea is going to want this soldier back very badly as he has murdered his superiors.

Yes the two Koreas are still at war but it will be hard not to return a soldier that has committed murder.

This soldier has really put South Korea in a hard spot.

I'm inclined to say that's the reader's problem, not yours. I detest having to use a /sarc tag, so when I do, I usually put it in white font. Perhaps you could do something similar with the "SATIRE" label- highlight the white text below:
