True The Vote Announces New Finding Of Voter Fraud In OH, NY, FL, RI (Absentee Ballot)
Canada Free Press ^ | October 2, 2012 | True The Vote.org

Posted on 10/02/2012 6:06:00 PM PDT by Son House

True The Vote found more than 19,000 Ohio voters claiming Florida mailing addresses, according to state records. More than 6,390 people hold registrations in both states. True The Vote identified 534 individuals allegedly casting ballots in both Ohio and Florida. Today 34 cases were turned over to federal and state authorities.

“To his credit, Ohio Secretary of State Jon Husted has indicated he is taking steps to address the situation with respect to voter roll maintenance,” Engelbrecht said. “However, these findings are particularly troubling given Ohio’s wholesale approach to dispensing absentee ballots for all this year. ...The last thing we want is a repeat of the 2000 Election – this time by mail.”

New York & Florida

True The Vote offers new findings of absentee voter fraud between New York and Florida. Citing a new sample of less than one (1) percent of upstate New York voters, TTV found 48,630 voters claiming Florida mailing addresses. Of that sample, more than 19,000 are registered to vote in both states. Today federal and state officials were alerted to 32 new cases of interstate fraud between the Empire and Sunshine States.

Rhode Island & Florida

True The Vote also reports instances of voter fraud between Rhode Island and Florida. After the comprehensive cross-reference process, TTV found 53 Rhode Island voters claimed Florida addresses. More than 15 are currently registered in both states, with two (2) having voted.

Federal and state laws were potentially violated as a result of these activities. Ohio, New York, Rhode Island and Florida each require voters to cast ballots corresponding with their permanent residential addresses. Federal law, specifically 42 U.S.C. § 1973i(e) clearly states that voters cannot cast more than one ballot in the same election.

We cannot have more trunks full of ballots like Acorn did; No more higher vote counts then registered voters in any given county. As they are being watched, voters who try to cast more than 1 ballot are not going to have it so easy.

The importance of Secretary of state races cannot be overstated.

Oh those Ohio Amish. They are such clowns. Didn’t know that they went to Florida for the holidays.

And instead the media is obsessing over 109 fraudulent registrations turned in by a “GOP-connected firm” that turned in millions of them, and trying to make it the “scandal” that will wipe the voter fraud story off the news.

Nice work! This doesn’t solve problems such as out-of-state students being allowed to vote in their foster state. The good guys must stop the bad guys from ‘Alfrankenating’ Mitt Romney!

So now what happens? Who is “watching” them? And I recently changed my residence from Florida to NH. Although I informed the elections folks is Clay Co, I don’t know if they actually took me off the rolls in Fla so I guess there’s a chance I’m registered in both states too... although I’m only voting in NH... really...

Yes, right now all we can do is deter the ones who may be tempted to go astray, although, we know we are saving them from their own poor judgement.

This is the web site, they have done a lawsuit with Judicial Watch, so I think it is all legitimate;

TRUE THE VOTE AND JUDICIAL WATCH SUE OHIO ELECTION OFFICIALS TO FORCE CLEAN UP OF VOTING ROLLS

As for your being on rolls in Fla, I’d think that your okay as long as you don’t vote in both places, or someone like an ACORN doesn’t vote for you once. You might want to be sure your taken off the rolls in Fla so no mischief does happen.

Here in FL, residents can claim a “homestead” exemption on their real estate taxes. You must be a resident to claim this exemption. I bet there is a whole lot of double dipping going on here! Gov. Scott needs to have this investigated and throw the book at these individuals if found guilty.

Federal officials work for Obama. Most of these people are democrats. They vote for Obama multiple times.

Nothing will come of it.

It’s real simple. At least, it is to me. Anyone found to have voted twice or in two different states will be HEAVILY fined and/or imprisoned. The question they’ll have to ask themselves, before committing voter fraud by voting twice is....how bad do you want it? The only reason so many still commit this type of voter fraud is, because they can and because they know nobody will go after them.

This is WHY we need photo ID for voting in ALL states. And we needed it yesterday. I’m still wondering why, even after the 2000 election fiasco, Bush and his administration did NOTHING about this problem. All I saw was the usual empty promises. We had all three branches and could have enacted these photo ID laws.

Same with the Obama elgibility issue since 2008. Supposedly, over a dozen states were going to change their laws to force Obama to prove his eligibility in order to be on the ballots. Did that happen? Hell no. I’m tired of the lies, the phony promises and pie in the sky BS. Americans need to make it clear that we expect politicians to follow through with their campaign promises and rhetoric for a change.
