Make them pay, draw out the interview, the longer you tie up the person conducting the poll the more it costs. Never answer the way they want, give a reasoned and reasonable answer, engage the interviewer, try to covert them. Likely you'll either never get called again or you will have opened the eyes of a sheepal.
