This is old news. The son of one of my dearest friends is a USMA graduate from about 2005 or 2006. This kid was fed the same garbage and bought it hook line and sinker. He's in the tank for Obama completely and he's not only former infantry -- airborne ranger -- (now he's out and in law school) but he got himself a bronze star with "V-Device" while in Afghanistan (two tours and Iraq one tour). He's an atheist (his dad, my friend, is a born again Christian who taught for 40 years in the public schools and now has a ministry in D.C. associated with Congress). I feel so sad for the kid and more so for the dad.
How difficult is it going to be in Heaven when you know that one or more of your kids is burning in Hell because they weren't saved by the blood of Christ? Because they refused to accept that free gift? I have a sister in the same boat along with her kids and husband. It's beyond me how I can be in Heaven and be free of all pain and sorrow with that knowledge, even though I have done my best to bring them around. My mom even gave it a shot from her deathbed.
