On Sunday night, chairman of the New Black Panther Party, Malik Zulu Shabazz, appeared on WABC's "Aaron Klein Investigative Radio," and claimed that his organization is now thinking about "legally and lawfully go to the polls again to make sure there is no intimidation against our people, which was our intent in 2008."
Later in the interview, Shabazz declared: "We will be there."

Shortly after becoming Attorney General, Eric Holder dropped charges against three Black Panthers, who were caught on video, trying to intimidate white voters outside of a Philadelphia polling location on Election Day 2008...

“We will be there.”
So will WE, shabazz. So will we.
Oh, come on, Shazam. Grow a pair. Come on over to our house. Instead of stopping me from voting at the booth, why don’t you stop me from leaving the house. You won’t have to worry about being outnumbered. It’ll just be me.
Engaging in activity endorsed by the ruling negro nazi party is not going to help their street cred.
Some boyz in the white hoods intimidating Holder’s people at the polls would really be some gangsta shizzle.
What he means is that “we will be present” to intimidate white conservative voters that are more intelligent than the BPP. It’s actually embarrassing to see them out in front of the polling places. It’s sort of like watching those retarded kids on American Idol boast how great they are then get up to audition and prove how stupid and awful they really are. This is the essence of the BPP to me. Actually what they are doing is illegal and probably unconstitutional but you never hear a peep from the President about it. I say the Aryan Brotherhood should show up and see what happens. I bet we’ll hear plenty from the President then and there will be a DOJ investigation.
Weaponized by the DO”J” this time?
Shabazz declared: “We will be there.”
Good, because by the time charges are filed, there will be a new attorney general.

"We believe in a Black first philosophy and a Black Liberation Theology."

Although it [The New Black Panther Party] says it sees capitalism as the fundamental problem with the world and revolution as the solution, the new party does not draw its influences from Marxism or Maoism as the original party did. Instead, in a carefully-worded, roundabout form of ethnic nationalism,[8] they say that Marx based his ideology and teachings on indigenous African cultures, and that the NBPP therefore need not look to Marxism or Maoism as a basis for their program, but can look to ideologies that stem directly from those African origins.

"The Justice Department originally brought the case against four armed men who witnesses say derided voters with catcalls of "white devil" and "cracker" and told voters they should prepare to be "ruled by the black man." ..."
One poll watcher called police after he reportedly saw one of the men brandishing a nightstick to threaten voters.
As I walked up, they closed ranks, next to each other, the witness told Fox News at the time. So I walked directly in between them, went inside and found the poll watchers. They said theyd been here for about an hour. And they told us not to come outside because a black man is going to win this election no matter what.
He said the man with a nightstick told him, Were tired of white supremacy, and he starts tapping the nightstick in his hand. At which point I said, OK, were not going to get in a fistfight right here, and I called the police....

Of course we all know they would promptly be arrested. And it wouldn't have to be the Aryan Brotherhood. A pair (the same number as the BBP members who intimidated white voters)of white demonstrators in front of the polls would not be tolerated.

These people are not Americans.
They won’t be here.
