Through the navel and there are NO scars. Mine is 6 inches long. 6 months later they came out with laproscopy. Hmmm.
I had laproscopy with my gall bladder surgery (I bet that is where I heard of it!). Actually, there were four incisions, one through the navel and only if you know where to look will you see the scars. Very tiny. It is my 3 c-sections which get the gasps.
