I feel like I ought to start out each of my articles anymore with a disclaimer, or caveat saying something along the lines of “WARNING: The contents of this article are to be considered null and void in the event of a “Reichstag Fire,” false flag event, and/or an invasion by Russian Spetsnaz in collusion with Northcom,“or words to that effect.
My intent is not to make light of such concerns, as God knows we have reason enough to be more than a bit edgy these days—what with the Patriot Act, NDAA, the torrent of Obama EOs (Executive Orders), various government agencies stockpiling millions of rounds of ammo, and other such things.
Personally, I am what you might call a cynical optimist—I hope for the best, but plan for the worst. I keep myself open to the idea that the US can peacefully pull itself out of the colossal mess that it is currently mired in—but I have enough guns, ammo, freeze dried food and whatnot to open a small survivalist store.
Be that as it may—the main topic that I wish to address in this article is my decision to back the Romney/Ryan ticket, and the fallout from that. Contrary to what some of you may think, I have not rushed off and enlisted in the “Dark Side.” I am as opposed to the Big Bank/ Big Corporation/Big Government/Big War cabal as ever...

Anyone that thinks their vote is actually going to remove a Marxist regime from office - is totally ignorant of history and facts and live in a land where cognitive dissonance rules the mind.
There are only two ways Obama gets removed from office. Voting in a Cook County machine gone national to remove the guy the machine is designed to ensure remains, is NOT one of them.
The fervency to replace a Marxist king with their Socialist king is become a form of rabid worship with these people, hence the vitriol.
Even if God grants us some space from judgment - and Romney “wins”, the damage is already done, and nothing changes under Romney - except that Republicans will now OWN and simply modify Obama’s Statism to fit their own and Conservatism will be forever rendered politically irrelevant in national politics, something Romney and the Ruling Class made reality Tuesday at the RNC.
If people want to survive the consequences of what has already been done - they better be thinking past November.
Sadly - it seems too few are. All their faith and hope is in a man and a corrupted election process to save them without any thought to the root causes of how we ended up with Obama in the first place. All they demand, is everyone support a man anathema to every principle that defines us.

I laugh at the hubris of those who not only tell us who we must vote for, but when a discussion is over and by what terms that they decree.
Speaks to many things, including the guy they demand we all must vote for. Trade one tyrant of liberty for their chosen tyrant of liberty out of fear of the first tyrant.
They are also so blind, they refuse to comprehend that their own demonizing and insulting posts are all the evidence of what they insist has not happened.
Persecution does not begin with agitators throwing rocks at your head, beating you with sticks and carting you off to prison in the middle of the night for nothing more than the fact you dared to sing a hymn that another could hear (as I witnessed first-hand). Persecution begins with ridicule, condescension and demonizing the faith and principles of those that will not kowtow to what a mob demands.
Eventually, given the right circumstances, those demeaned and insulted end up being beaten and killed for their faith. But it begins with the very disdain and condescension we have been reading towards those whose principles and faith dictate a vote for someone other than whom they demand we support.
