I feel like I ought to start out each of my articles anymore with a disclaimer, or caveat saying something along the lines of “WARNING: The contents of this article are to be considered null and void in the event of a “Reichstag Fire,” false flag event, and/or an invasion by Russian Spetsnaz in collusion with Northcom,“or words to that effect.

My intent is not to make light of such concerns, as God knows we have reason enough to be more than a bit edgy these days—what with the Patriot Act, NDAA, the torrent of Obama EOs (Executive Orders), various government agencies stockpiling millions of rounds of ammo, and other such things.

Personally, I am what you might call a cynical optimist—I hope for the best, but plan for the worst. I keep myself open to the idea that the US can peacefully pull itself out of the colossal mess that it is currently mired in—but I have enough guns, ammo, freeze dried food and whatnot to open a small survivalist store.

Be that as it may—the main topic that I wish to address in this article is my decision to back the Romney/Ryan ticket, and the fallout from that. Contrary to what some of you may think, I have not rushed off and enlisted in the “Dark Side.” I am as opposed to the Big Bank/ Big Corporation/Big Government/Big War cabal as ever...

First of all Bill Burke, I'm going to add some information to your file regarding that miserable bastard Brzezniski that you may or may not know, which is that in the Spring of 1980, he went to Amman Jordan where he met with representatives of Saddam Hussein's regime (some say he met with Saddam himself) where he conveyed the view of the Carter Administration that IF Iraq were to pursue their territorial disputes with Iran via outright annexation by military force, that the U.S. wouldn't exactly be heartbroken. THIS is what precipitated the 8 year Iran-Iraq War, which was nothing more than a clumsy attempt by Carter and Brzezniski to put some more pressure on Tehran as our people were still being held as hostages by the Assahollah and his thugs. It was during this 8 year war that Iranian children (known as the Basiji) were pressed into service as human mine sweepers, and they were given little plastic keys and told that if they happened to be blown up and killed that the little keys would open the gates to 'paradise' for them.

Now having said all that, the premier trainer and indoctrinator for those kids was none other than Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, the current sockpuppet for the mad mullahs. This falls under the category of 'unintended consequences'.

I've said many times that if there were any REAL justice in the world, that Carter and Brzezniski would be indicted and put on trial for genocide.

The fact is, before Carter stumbled into the White House in January '77, Iran was a staunch U.S. ally, a powerful bulwark against Soviet expansionism in that region, Iran had cordial relations with Israel (in fact they were good trading partners) and Iran had a secular society that was prospering and becoming a model for other nations regardless of the authoritarian ways of the Shah.

Once the Carter years were blissfully over, Iran had become an avowed enemy of the United States and a sponsor of state terrorism, any one with a modicum of logic should be able to "do the math".

But the fact still remains that whereas he had it in the power of his pen to simply kill the program - and gift Iran with nuclear weapons in the process -- he didn't do so.

He didn't do so because he saw it as a publicity stunt to boost his poll numbers. That's why he leaked the intel. As he has said, he'll have more leeway after the election.

If Obama is re-elected, I think that IS the tipping point.

Consider:
Obama has added more public debt faster than any other president in history, Bush included. Obama’s $6 trillion in added debt is more in 4 years than Bush added in 8. Our debt/GDP is higher than any time since WWII.
$16 trillion debt is now above the GDP. That is the tipping point.

The Democrats quadrupled the deficit from the last Republican-passed budget in 2007, and Obama’s budget has trillion dollar deficits as far as the eye can see. Re-elect Obama and we become the next Greece.

I think this only adds to the urgency of having a team like Romney and Ryan, who are serious about repairing the economy and the budget. There is a $7 trillion spending difference between Ryan and Obama.

Uhuh. The hostages were taken in the fall of 1979, a year before the wabbit fisherman’s reign would end.  But then things didn’t go quite as planned when ZBig "abandoned" the Shah (who had advanced cancer by then) and propped up the Ayatollahs in his place. Or did they?

What impact did the ZBig’s/Carter’s Iranian Revolution of 1979 have beyond Iran,in say, oh, Afghanistan — Between Christmas and December 31, 1979?
