There was a fellow I used to work with who was feeling poorly (chest pain, etc) for a few days.
Got tired of waiting for it to go away, went to see a heart doctor.
Died in the doctor's office.
Sorry about that.
I wondered myself about having superb on-staff medicine right there. At least I thought there would be. I pictured him walking down one of those cubicle halls by window offices and dropping right there.
There were no reports about what happened, except that he died.
