Dems REALLY screw up: The BIG speech..Clinton's...will be on opposite NFL opener
one man's opinion...

Posted on 09/05/2012 10:50:36 AM PDT by ken5050

Just realized that I haven't seen this mentioned anywheres, which in and of itself is curious. Months ago, the NFL announced that it was moving its annual kickoff extravaganza from Thursday to Wednesday, in order NOT to detract from Obama's big acceptance speech...

Well, well, how times have changed....

Well, obviously you read Playboy for the "articles.." LOL

BTW..if you ever want to stump any Republicans of the same age, just ask them who was Goldwater's running mate?

Okay, we need your analysis of the first two pics...which ones are real and which are not? ;-) I’m voting first girl not, second yes.

Nowadays I have other... interest--

And old Bill Miller, great guy but he should have stopped at two kids... 'cause his youngest, Stephanie, is a very unfunny Liberal Democrat stand-up semi-comedian!

Having closely examined... all four objects--

I have to say, who the hell cares... if they are real or not. Right, big?

I was a 26 year old mother of a one year old handing out Goldwater fliers in Parma Heights, Ohio. Thirteen years later I was on a murder trial jury and in a social visit with the Judge afterwards said I had never met another person who admitted to being a Goldwater voter. He held out his hand to shake mine. That former one year old baby is the one who chose my screen name for me; he remembered my unsuccessful quest. My sons always said I was to the right of Atila the Hun! :)

I thought Goldwater was 1960 but then I’m not good on dates. I lived in NYC for 10 months after getting out of school but hated the city. Remember taking the A train to work—it was a pittance then. I need grass and trees and open spaces. Amazing you survived. In fact I remember the Rosenbergs were executed when I lived there—down on 13th street. People were rioting over at Union Square.

My brain is thawing out—it happens when you have oldtimer’s disease. JFK was assassinated in 1963—Nov 22??—so LBJ would have run in ‘64. So my son would have been 5. As they say, We get too soon oldt and too late schmart!

Lazamataz ~ .... someone asked in one thread or another, could Obama be throwing the election on purpose because there is going to be severe and bad things happening soon, and the Democrats want no part of it?

Abundy ~ The only thing about 'throwing' the election is I just don't see it in Obozo's DNA to lose at anything...

Agreed.

BUT, his handlers are cunning enough to set up the stupid party to be the ones holding the bag, and Obama is dense enough to not even realize he's being used to lose!
