If I can get the OEM key, that’s pretty much it, right? All I’d need is any kind of copy of the OS after that right?

Yes. Some Toshiba’s, however, will require a Toshiba reinstall disk. Call them and request them. Give them your model # and ser. # from the bottom of the laptop.

Also be sure to enable the firewall and install an AV before you let the install (or anything else) connect to the internet. I like to install the service packs before that too. Just select the register later option in the setup.
