Aww .. thank you, dear TOL. Say me a prayer. Just routinely bent over to pick up something yesterday, and BOOM .. I’ve been in agony since, hobbled over since in such awful back pain. Sitting or lying down feels ok .. but it nearly makes me faint to get up and move. Thank God I found an Rx for hydrocodone from 5 yr old knee surgery and took one a couple of hours ago .. almost magic. Dang, dang, dang ....
Oh dear! That’s terrible! Are you able to get to the doctor’s? I hope that you have someone to look after you as you get better.
I had back problems all my life, but they were minor compared to that kind of pain, and I never had to take pain meds.
Then I found out that they were caused by food allergies, of all things, and when I eliminated the foods, that cured me.
So I’m not much help on the “my experience” score with your troubles. Sorry.
