This pro-abortion, pro-homosexual agenda, open borders libertarian party voting nut is a fruit cake.

This is the actual, 2004 text of the Libertarian Party Platform on immigration.

COMPLETE PLATFORM TEXT
INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS AND CIVIL ORDER

IMMIGRATION:
The Issue: We welcome all refugees to our country and condemn the efforts of U.S. officials to create a new “Berlin Wall” which would keep them captive. We condemn the U.S. government’s policy of barring those refugees from our country and preventing Americans from assisting their passage to help them escape tyranny or improve their economic prospects.

The Principle: We hold that human rights should not be denied or abridged on the basis of nationality. Undocumented non-citizens should not be denied the fundamental freedom to labor and to move about unmolested. Furthermore, immigration must not be restricted for reasons of race, religion, political creed, age or sexual preference. We oppose government welfare and resettlement payments to non-citizens just as we oppose government welfare payments to all other persons.

Solutions: We condemn massive roundups of Hispanic Americans and others by the federal government in its hunt for individuals not possessing required government documents. We strongly oppose all measures that punish employers who hire undocumented workers. Such measures repress free enterprise, harass workers, and systematically discourage employers from hiring Hispanics.

Transitional Action: We call for the elimination of all restrictions on immigration, the abolition of the Immigration and Naturalization Service and the Border Patrol, and a declaration of full amnesty for all people who have entered the country illegally.

Dear Dan from Squirrel Hill,

It is very simple really, I am a communist.

Yours truly,

Roger Ebert

In the 2008 United States election, I wrote in Ron Paul for President. In the 2012 election, I will be voting for Libertarian Party candidate Gary Johnson.

Your vote for Paul did and your vote for Johnson will count for absolutely nothing.

Why do you do that? Let me guess: you've enjoyed the first nobama circus so much you want to be assured there will be another. Why else would you waste your vote?

Posting the full text is good. Phoebe Cates mention is both good and funny. Voting for candidates that cannot ever win an EC vote is stupid. In PA it’s the equivalent of voting for Obama.

Also, you probably should have filmed this blog post instead of writing it. I’m not certain Ebert reads. He gets all his information either visually or alimentarily. ;-]

Dan,

Although you make some good points, a vote for Mr Johnson will have the same effect as voting for Obama. Mr Johnson has NO chance of winning. None. Zero. Nada. So what happens if your one vote for Johnson gives Obama the one vote he needs to win?

"Open letter to Roger Ebert: Please read this and explain how you can still support President Obama"

Answer: It's easy, he's black, sorta

MF Global wasn’t even mentioned - Buddy Jon Corzine steals $1.6 billion dollars from clients, and the FBI and DOJ can’t find anything to charge him with, despite numerous laws about the sanctity of customer segregated funds, and about 8 different badges of fraud.
