I saw a Miami Dade cop car in my neighborhood in SoCal the other day. Maybe our donut shop is better.

He lived in San Deigo and could have been a member of Occupy SD. All the occupy organizations around the country sent protestors to the OWS protest and that is how he could have ended up in NYC.
