Since our alarm clock goes off at 2:30 AM so hubby can go to work, I'd gotten in the habit of watching O'Blowhard in the wee dark hours since I'm really not that interested in getting rippped abs and stuff.

After this latest abomination, I've decided that I really, really need those ripped abs.

I hope this sinks that narcissistic SOB.
