This is an offshoot of the tired old canard that, "When the founders wrote the second amendment, they could not have envisioned today's weapons."

It is easily rebutted by arguing that when they wrote the first amendment, they could not have envisioned radio, television or the internet, but yet we still insist on granting them, freedom of the "press."

I just finished it. Lott was impressive. And the whole time I was listening I was cracking up because regardless of what Morgan and Dershowitz said, the fact is that gun sales are way up since the shooting.

The People are voting with their wallets.

I believe that they are tring to control the internet and have already established partial control over TV and Radio.
