A college instructor in Nevada allegedly required students to masturbate and publicly reveal personal sex-fantasies in order to pass a human-sexuality class, reads a federal complaint filed in U.S. District Court late last month.
Former Western Nevada College student and aspiring social worker, Karen Royce, filed the complaint against college administrators and instructor Tom Kubistant saying freshman and late-high school students were ordered to openly discuss their orgasms and masturbate.
Kubistant locked the classroom door and played a 90-minute movie depicting females engaging in sex and having an orgasm, states Royces complaint.
The complaint also alleges that Kubistant demanded female students turn in journal entries disclosing their personal sexual thoughts and that they masturbate a minimum of three times per week.

As someone who spent 14 years in “higher education” I tend to be suspicious of attempts to restrict “academic freedom” even though its often used as a ruse to push communism/socialism.
...and with the pleasantries out of the way, this guy is obviously a deranged pervert who should never stand in front of a classroom again.
You know, I know and everyone in the free world which we used to be part of, knows that this guy has all the looks of a super squirrelly guy. One who makes the hair on the back of your neck stand up. Very, very creepy.
I am ready for my Soma.
“Dear Professor K,
I dreamed that I madly wanted your body, but I found out you were gay. But on your way to a gay bar, you were set upon by a lesbian motorcycle gang. You were thrilled. The things they did to your were unimaginable. I can only reveal them if you promise to give he an ‘A’ in this miserable charade of a class.”
LOL!
Doesn’t the fact that he required 3x/week masturbation from female students and the reporting of their fantasies set off any alarms?
I have no religious/philosophical/political problem with studying human sexuality in all its bizarre iterations, but this guy seems to have been using his position as a vehicle for his own gratification.
...or down the ladder, as the case may be...
Death by stoning.
Be careful what you ask for. You may get a pointed response.
I doubt the door locks people IN. He probably wanted to keep administration from walking in during the porn.
Is that you, Woody?
The Joy of Tenure. You can treat students like your personal slaves, sponges or concubines once you get tenure.
Ain’t life grand.
Reason eleventy hundred to home school.
Lot of interesting information on the differences between men and women in relationships. We did watch a video in class of men and women having sex and a masturbation vid but that was it.
Show that video in the workplace and you will be paying out $10 or $20 million in a sexual harassment lawsuit.

LOL! Witty!
I find your post disturbing & disgusting. Since when is watching porn “higher education?”
I would be irate if I sent my daughter off to college only to find my $$ paying for smut.
So you think that college classes should include watching pornography. Do you think the masturbation homework is okay, too?
You’re a sick person.
It's obvious that you grew up with porn.
Eeewwwwww.
The class I was in only had two movies and they were 5-6 minutes long and not much unlike what you see on a r-rated movie..well maybe just a bit more but not much. 99.9% of the class never dealt with sex acts but the sociology and psychiology between the sexes. There was just as much sex info in sex ed class in HS.Actually many students were disapointed as they though there would be more (sex).
Yes, reading the article again what happened in that class appears over the top but I don't know what actually happened in this particular class in the article but many of these stories can get overblown out of proportion...especially from a blog as this one was written with no official statement from the school rebutting what happened.
