In the wake of the massive victory in Wisconsin, I naively thought the so-called “leaders” in the Republican Party would have taken notice, and started immediately working on a national right to work law to guarantee every American’s right to have a job without being forced to pay “tribute” to organized crime bosses …. er, I mean …. “union leaders.” But alas, I put too much faith in those that deserve none, and as usual, the GOP let the nation down. Republicans thought Scott Walker’s incredibly inspiring victory was the end. Conservatives saw it as a beginning.
The democrats, on the other hand, never rest. Once they won a huge victory with ObamaCare, they understood that wasn’t the end, but just a start, with more oppressive laws to come.
Jan Schakowsky, a communist-democrat from Illinois [where else] is already talking about unionizing doctors, saying:
In Israel, when doctors went on strike, health outcomes were better. Though I’m not advocating that.
Of course she’s not!

Unions have destroyed the very fabric of American society. What may have been a good idea a hundred years ago has turning into a criminal organization that strong arms both employers and employees alike. Instead of protecting workers, these union thugs get rich, while sacrificing the very workers they claim to represent. Unions are one of the main reasons some companies decide to manufacture in other countries, rather than continue to try and deal with the this nonsense.
It’s also why Right to Work states have solid economies while union friendly states are on the verge of collapse.
Unionizing doctors would do nothing but make the union thug leaders richer. It would not improve health care. Quite the contrary, it would make it even worse. It would also drive the already sky high costs of health care even higher.
The democrat party is the party of slavery. Always has been. Democrats are opposed to Liberty and Freedom. Lincoln may have freed the Negro slaves, but democrats have never stopped looking for other ways to enslave and oppress. Forcing doctors to join a union, and pay dues to the crime bosses, is just another attempt to enslave a group of people. It’s immoral and indecent. No man or woman should ever have to pay “tribute” to a group of thugs just in order to have a job. Never. Ever.

This anti-American subversive isn’t just a Congresswoman from Illinois. Her website states she serves:

She is a member of the Energy and Commerce Committee, where she serves on the Subcommittee on Commerce, Manufacturing and Trade, the Subcommittee on Health and the Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations. Democratic Leader Pelosi appointed her to serve on the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, where she is ranking Democrat on the Oversight Subcommittee.
This communist-democrat Schakowsky has infiltrated the upper levels of government. She has the ability to influence policy. And yet, you never hear a peep out of Republicans about these people. No one in the Republican Party [save Allen West] has the guts to call these people out.
ObamaCare, if not repealed, will destroy the Republic, which is exactly what communist-democrats like Schakowsky and Barack Obama are trying to do, just as their associates Andrew Cloward, Francis Fox Piven, Saul Alinsky, and terrorist groups like Bill Ayers’ Weather Underground and the Black Panthers, who came before them. Today’s communist-democrat is far more successful that the 60s radicals and ancient Chicago communists who came before them.
There is an evil that has gripped this land, and We the People are on our own. The “leadership” in the Republican Party is too weak and too uninterested to do what must be done.
It is truly up to us to save the Republic.

Unionizing health care workers (including doctors) has always been part of the plan. They’re just being more open about it now that they’ve gotten their federal government takeover.
If this happens you’d better hope your operation or procedure isn’t longer than a couple of hours because of Union mandated coffee breaks...........

I only hope they aren’t shy about prescribing high quality narcotics for pain control.
I love it. Communists-Democrats. Finally maybe it is getting across that we have a communists run empire led by communists black Muslim King, King Obama. And foolish Americans are allowing to go deeper in the movement until almost no way to totally reverse it.
First, they take over the private businesses, sector-by-sector. Then, they Unionize the PUBLIC EMPLOYEES, to have a money-laundering scheme whereby the Taxpayer (who foots the bills for their wages, salaries, benefits, retirements, etc.) is stuck with over-compensated non-productive slugs, who send the Dues to the DNC, to keep them fat and happy.
The loser, as in ALL things with Government control, is the Taxpayer.
And require the doctors to drink the political Kool Aid as well. When I lived in the Twin Cities Minnesota area I used the Fairview Network. Nurses there were liberal left to the point of being overbearing. I just checked, Fairview is associated with SEIU. I was dealing with the Purple People Beaters in matters of personal health!
What a great source of forced democrat donations that would be!

I'll take that bet. I was in the hospital back in April for what was initially diagnosed as a heart attack. Each of the doctors that saw me came here from different countries.
The ER doctor was from Czechoslovakia, don't remember his last name. The GP was from Poland (Swara was his last name), the Cardiologist from Italy (Martini was his last name, no kidding.) Not that I initiated the political discussions with them, but they asked what I thought of Obamacare. I said I hated it and thought it was a huge mistake.
Each of them nodded their heads saying they'd left socialist medicine systems to practice in the US, and now the same failed system was coming here. (Note: I'm paraphrasing a bit, but that's the net effect.)
The second day I was in the hospital, the Cardiologist came by to discuss my test results before releasing me from the hospital and we talked a good ten minutes or so about the damage Obamacare would do. The hospital cardiologist was in his late 40's I'd say, pretty close to my age. Obamacare really disturbed him.
Fast forward a week later and now I'm seeing my cardiologist who's been treating me for a few years now for an erratic electrical pattern around my heart. I overheard him in the next exam room talking to a patient he was very familiar with about his two sons that had graduated college in the last few years. One graduated in 2010 with a law degree and passed his bar exam on the first try. He still doesn't have a job and is living at home. The second son has a MBA and graduated last year. He can't find a job either.
Now my cardiologist is well respected in the Chicago area, he's rated one of the tops. His kids have had every advantage and have top notch educations. My cardiologist is seeing the impacts directly of Obamacare and its effects on the economy. He openly stated to the patient in the next room he HATED Obamacare and couldn't wait to see Obama turned out of office.
I'll take your bet that foreign doctors want to unionize, what do you propose we wager?
Lake, you are getting boring. I do not care now many threads you ping me to. I do not care how many excuses you make for covering your desire to hide your guilt over campaigning for liberals. I am not going to vote for one.
I will vote for a conservative. You go on ahead and revel in liberal utopia, patting your own back and thinking that voting liberal advances conservatism.
If however you need assistance, I’m sure you can find an out of work Doctor or one retired after Romneycare broke him in Mass. to help you with your hallucinations.

Yep. was reading some SEIU literature a couple years ago and it was talking about equalizing wage disparity among health care workers. In that case they were talking about unionizing doctors as a form of punishment for making so much money.
Not surprised and just look at all the new ObamaTaxes we’ll be hit with.

A 3.8% surtax on “investment income” when your adjusted gross income is more than $200,000 ($250,000 for joint-filers). What is “investment income?” Dividends, interest, rent, capital gains, annuities, house sales, partnerships, etc. Taxes on dividends will rise from 15% to 18.8%—if Congress extends the Bush tax cuts. If Congress does not extend the Bush tax cuts, taxes on dividends will rise from 15% to a shocking 43.8%.
