Two video clips via Real Clear Politics Video, both on CJ Roberts' ObamaCare decision.
First, O'Reilly: Roberts' Ruling Is A "Conservative Decision"
O'Reilly reviews the Supreme Court's ruling on President Obama's health care reform law. Subtitle: Should conservatives despise John Roberts? (Time: 6:10)
Second, Mark Levin: "Roberts Threw The Door Wide Open On The Constitution"
(Time: 6:07) "John Roberts threw the door wide open on the Constitution. Whatever clause he used, it really doesnt matter to me its all phony, its all written in invisible ink what hes done and what others do to massively increase federal governments power against you," nationally syndicated radio talk show host Mark Levin said on FOX News' "America Live" this afternoon.
"I dont normally go after justices unless justices by name come after us. And the fact is that this decision is so outrageous, what he did is so damaging to the court, to the perception of the court and so forth he has to be called out by name
The more judges and justices want to play politics, the more they are not going to be immune from the political process," Levin said.
Fellow Freepers, Which is it?
Not a tough choice. Levin is an intellectual giant, while O’Reilly is not even in Levin’s league.
The Great One vs The Leprechaun?
Come on. No contest.
Roberts screwed conservatives and in the process screwed over the entire country.
Anyone who thinks Roberts is a super genius is a supreme IDIOT!
Oh, we lost our freedom, but we won something!
One thing republicans ARE NOT made of is smart.
Without even looking: Levin.
Any questions?
I could only stomach a minute or so of O’really. What a patronizing ass.
If you pick BOR you’re an idiot and don’t belong here...
Levin.
Ted Baxter can let his chains rest lightly.
Politicians of the quality we commonly elect do not have the courage. SCOTUS was the firewall.
And this was a slam dunk. I still can't believe it.
From this old freepers perspective...our side lost back in the ‘30’s. If you disagree with that then we lost in the ‘60’s and ‘70’s. Either way we lost long ago. Winning (or losing) a battle these days is just rearranging chairs on the Titanic. We live in interesting times when it is good to be old. I feel so bad for the youth of today, like I have failed them. But I tried...yet I was part of the cultural degradation prior to being slapped in the face by Rush in 1991. Human nature is so predictable...which is why history repeats itself.
I’ve had meatloaf with more intellect than O’Really?. TGO is a Constitutional Scholar; O’Really? is a POS.
Is that the guy that's on MSNBC at 8 PM?
You must nap a lot if you can’t decide between these two. Wake up and smell the coffee...
Witnessing the corrupt Republicans and the criminal Democrats bicker over anything, is like watching two drunks argue over a bar bill tab, on the Titanic. The GOP is just merely the lib-dems’ “away jersey”; the flip-side of the same tarnished coin.
Is Levin a lawyer?
Find O'Reilly
.
O’Reilly wouldn’t make a pimple on Levin’s butt.
Levin is right. Roberts just sold us down the River.
It is a collective thing, as we have enjoyed such a long (relatively) peaceful and prosperous time that it seems it is the norm. But throughout history, we know that is rather the exception.
The current debate about why the West has lost, Steyn’s low birth rate being one popular theory. I think it is simply that we grew into complacency and hubris, undeserved too.
