Shari Goodman has penned an excellent column at Family Security Matters over LA Federation's sniveling capitulation to Hamas groups demands to cancel my lecture for ZOA (Zionist Organization of America.) Shameful, weak and feckless. Richard Sandler and Jay Sanderson are still getting blowback for their abject cowardice (and they receive upwards of $500,000 for their spinelessness).

The recent cancellation by the Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles of Pamela Geller's speech to the Zionist Organization of America should serve as a wake up call for the rest of the Jewish Community. The cancellation came at the request and pressure from the usual Muslim Brotherhood front groups such as CAIR and the Muslim Public Affairs Council. For fear of being labeled Islamophobic and right wing extremists, the Federation gave up a basic Jewish and American ideal......the right to speak freely.

During World War II, the Judenrat (Jewish Councils) were established by the Nazis to facilitate the transfer of Jews to concentration camps and to aid with the confiscation of Jewish property. The Jews who served on those councils believed that their appeasement would be collectively beneficial for Jews and that they themselves would be spared. The Nazis murdered them along with their fellow Jews, and the ones who survived were labeled as "kapos" by Jewish survivors. It was a derogatory term reserved for those who aided and abetted the annihilation of Jews.

After the war, there were incidences of retribution by survivors for those identified kapos for the sins they committed against their fellow Jews. Today's capitulation to the dictates of the Muslim Brotherhood (a terrorist organization that seeks the annihilation of Jews) by the Jewish Federation is reminiscent of the actions of the Judenrat who too aided the annihilators

The UJA and UJF are such corrupt, far-left organizations. They waste millions ‘helping’ inner city blacks who despise Jews as part of their distorted conception of what “tikkun olam” means. It is long past time for Torah-observant Jews to start a new foundation to replace the UJA/UJF and urge other Jews to defund the progressives.

Well said and true. There are many such Quislings and Judenrats among us, eager to secure the best deal for themselves in the short run by groveling and boot licking on the altar of political correctness, which also forbids any sign of potential “islamophobia,” aka a survival instinct in the face of oncoming annihilation.
