I tend to agree. We were hoping that big daddy Judgie-Wudgie would make it all better and it didn't happen. We, the American People, allowed this monstrosity to be foisted on us by electing the cretin in the White House. If we're going to be free of it, then we, the American People, are going to have to unelect his Communist butt and kick him and his Socialist claptrap to the curb.
The Court cannot save us from Stimulus, TARP, and Cash-for-Clunkers, because those were constitutional although somewhere on the scale from stupid to evil. It is not the Court’s job to save us when we vote in stupid legislators and evil occupants for our White House, but it is their job to save us when those thugs pass legislation that is a shocking departure from the Constitution. In fact, that is the Court’s only major function.
