I am not voting for Romney, though I understand those who are.
That said, NOW is the time to change his phrasing from "I will work to repeal and replace Obamacare from Day One" (which means nothing) to actions more specific than merely agreeing to sign off on a passed bill that repeals Obamacare.
Example of rhetoric, "You want executive orders, Mr. President? You've got'em.
#1. The Sebellius rule manadating abortion and birth control coverage is Gone-zo.
#2. Anyone who wants a waiver has got one. (credit to rottndog)
#3. The centralized database is suspended, so we can prioritize those records that are commiting crimes and dealing drugs.
#4. The IRS will have to get its job done with 60% of the present workforce. Implementing Obamacare is not on their priority list.
etc.

“If you are sitting this election out, FRiend, shame on you.
An American who does not vote to remove Obama has, as far as Im concerned, lost any credibility. Your opinion does not count because you chose to sit at home and pout.”
Go back and read this post and tell me where he mentioned “sitting it out.” All of us planning on voting against Obama... we’re just not voting FOR your guy either...
To: Dr. Sivana
I am voting AGAINST Obama. The anti-Obama entry on the ballot will be spelled R-o-m-n-e-y.

Why are you suggesting ideas for Romney? If they are that important to you give them to your loser candidate.
Just doing the job that Freepers who hated Romney in the primaries and are now covering their eyes and clicking their heels together won't do.

You should read Jeff Heads analysis of Romney.
I will do so, when I get a chance. Right now I am returning lots of volleys. I have not heard of Jeff Head and know nothing about him.

I am not voting for Romney, though I understand those who are. Thank you for understanding. I will be voting for Romney. The luxury of sitting it out while waiting for the perfect candidate,is just not an option for me. That is just my feeling on this subject.

Jim Robinson puts his life into this board. After starting to exercise taming the Romney supporters; he relaxed his standards a bit. You should have the graciousness to not make the claim that everyone who agrees with JimRob on this issue is an an "1d1ot", as you put it.
The same poison that Romney used in the primaries is making itself into the general.

Understood. I did the same with "W", and he exceeded expectations. I personally don't think he saw Roberts turning.

Romney is the single worst Republican candidate in my lifetime by a large margin but BHO is by far the most dangerous president we’ve ever had so I will vote for Mittens.
To: Dr. Sivana
I know everyone is jumping on you but I see your point. I mean how many elections do we have to go through where we are trying to put a band-aid on a grenade wound. Lots of folks on here keep saying "it's over" or "we got to vote this RINO in or everything is over in four years". We go through this every election cycle or SCOTUS decision yet nothing changes.
People in this country are not truly ready for "Conservatism". Every election, every law passed, etc. leads us a little further to the left. it never stops and I don't think it will reverse directions anytime soon.
We have way too many people who like all of their little and big entitlements and they firmly believe that the rich and corporations have an endless supply of funds that we can tap into. This mindset is fueled by both parties in DC for the most part with a few exceptions.
Until people realize that this is not the case, then nothing is going to really change. Unfortunately, that will probably entail the government outright defaulting and even then people won't accept it. Look at Greece, the country is completely bankrupt and austerity measures are met with the utmost resistance. We aren't there just yet, but we will be one day!

I understand the reasoning. It's like choosing between cancer and a very strong chemo that will permanently destroy bodily functions, and might not work anyway. I genuinely fear that a Romney presidency means the long-term marginalization of conservatives in the Republican Party. As the Dem party is completely leftist, that means no possible way out, saving the Garce of God.

Why are you spending time and energy contributing to a board run by "what is wrong" with this fine country?

midterm elections kicked Pelosi As you very well know I was not referring to the "midterm elections". McCain ran in 2008 not 2010.
So yes, my post can be considered BS but ONLY if you are not on the same year I am.

“Republicans who stay home on election day are more important to Obama than the most wild-eyed, enthusiastic liberal.”
You are so right. Anyone who stays home and could’ve voted GOP is voting for Obama and possibly/probably the end of America.
