Standing, by virtue of direct, personal harm involved in a criminal indictment/conviction? What types of cases would this involve?

I agree with the position, but it sure did not seem to matter to the court in Lt. Col. Lakin’s case. He did six months of jeopardy in Leavenworth.

I see the AFN spots that talk up how the UCMJ in "some cases" provides greater protections than civil law to a defendant, and thinking of Col. Lakin, laugh bitterly.
