Heres something we missed until our good friend Jackie Siciliano from the Sarah Palin Blog brought it to our attention. Mediaite, a left wing website that tracks the media, also ranks the power of TV pundits. 175 pundits in all made their list.
When it comes to being the most powerful, and influential, its Sarah Palin all the way. And not just on television. Karl Rove is ranked number two, but as Jackie points out on her website, when you study the various ranking points, its a distant second.
Youll notice that in every category of influence, Sarah is either number one or number two.
Steve Flesher at Conservatives4Palin has a little more on this, in an article taking on Moaning Joe Scarborough, MSNBCs resident liberal who plays a Conservative on television, and Tucker Carlson, the misogynist publisher of The Daily Caller, whose Senior Editor we called out a few days ago for having not one, but two articles begging Sarah to endorse Mitt Romney, while at the same time deeming her irrelevant.
From C4P:
When the left attempts to smear and distort Palins record and performance as a candidate in 2008, we expect it. However; when alleged conservatives purposely disparage their partys last VP nominee, it can be off-putting (considering their early calls for unity during the primary). We know Palins excellent and well-vetted record is in the public domain. We also know she did much more for the massive conservative victory in 2010 than either Scarborough or Carlson did.
However; a look at Mediaites real-time ranking of power-players might explain the recent cheap shots. Business-as-usual might be good for politicians in Washington, but with Palins presence in the world of influence and commentary, its becoming more competitive for pundits and journalists of every stripe.
Aside from having his Politico piece re-tweeted only 25 times in more than 12 hours, Joe Scarborough ranks at #30 among radio show hosts and an even-worse #62 among TV hosts. From the looks of these numbers, it looks like Morning Joe might as well say goodnight! Whats interesting is Mediaite claims the show generates headlines but explains that the ratings never seem to correlate.
Tucker Carlson of Daily Caller ranks at #12 for online editors and #32 among TV pundits. While these numbers are a little better than Scarboroughs, theyre still lacking considering how long Tuckers been in business as a pundit.
Considering these dismal rankings, youd think GOPe pundits like Scarborough and Carlson would want to see who currently ranks as #1 to get an idea of how to appeal to more people to gain more interest.
Read more here.
Steve is wasting his breath on Moaning Joe and Bow-tie Man. Those two will never get it, because they arent Conservatives. And they arent Sarah Palin!
Its amazing how this woman who we are told is absolutely irrelevant [at least 100 times a day] is so completely relevant! So relevant, shes Americas top opinion leader.
Of course, chances are you already knew that.
Thanks again Jackie.
Talking to your self again.
>> Lets be honest. Top TV personality does not equate to top influencer. <<
.
In this case it does though.
If the people around Gov. Mitt Romney really wanted to explode the Democrats’ heads, they’d be on the phone to Gov. Sarah Palin as we speak.
The big problem with that is Romney and his people have spent the past four years trying to destroy her.
making light of her will not send anyones soul to hell.
Aggravate others long enough and end up being dispatched early to the decision point. Did you hear that Humble.
LBJ hated JFK. Henry Wallace was far too left-wing for FDR.
McKinley thought TR was crazy. There are many other examples.
Just ROTF flat out LMAO!!!!!!!
Know I shouldn't be, but with the crap you dish out everyday, you're really not a very sympathetic figure.
*Splains* a lot, suspected that as a probable cause for your continuous acting out though.
Well to be honest, I suspected it took a couple of women to burn you down this bad.
Almost feel sorry for ya, Hum-gun.............Almost, LOL.
At least we now know what drives the various manifestations of your childlike *little bully acting out* episodes.
No. Speak up. Quit mumbling.

I wish she would have used her influence to help Gingrich.
As soon as she got behind Newt, he tanked.
She couldn’t get Newt out of fifth place in the Alaska primary.... he was behind Ron Paul.
She notoriously, and visibly failed to “get behind Newt,” even though her husband openly endorsed Newt.
Looked like she was deliberately avoiding endorsing him.
Newt was the smartest of the bunch. Too bad we will never see him debate Obama.
Newt would have been a far better choice than Mutt, for sure.
But even better would have been any candidate that is no part of “Mystery Babylon.”
These trolls and the media will be happy when the Obama monster writes an executive order that suspends elections and becomes dictator for life. Why wouldn't it now since it passed the Dream act Amnesty by decree and Congress nor the media called him on it?
Even trolls know that she isn't running against Obama.
Perhaps you hadn't heard.
want a laugh? read the thread through, he’s on a rip...
You know I am not a gambling woman but if Sarah Palin was a horse at Churchill downs I bet money on her.
Wow. You are actually making sense. Well done.
Those pics are hilarious!
