“If the President himself is not directly involved, there is no privilege”

Holder has a simple choice: 1) admit that the President was involved, hence he is protected by the privilege; or 2) claim that the President was not involved, in which case his protection through the privilege evaporates. In either case, Holder is toast. The only issue is whether he implicates the president on his way down.

Note the author is listed at bottom as “sunstein.” Obama “Czar”/Commissar Cass Sunstein is now a Law Professor at the University of Chicago. Could he have been the author in 2007?

I'm only a "layman", but that's how I read it:
If BO is exercising "Executive Privilege", isn't he basically admitting that the malfeasance extends to the White House?

The lawless Prince of America recognizes neither laws, precedent or common freaking sense. They are antithetical to his inner being.

That is quite impressive! Lets watch the media jump all over this - wait, wait, wait, oh never mind!

This is exactly what Issa’s committee stated! Obama is invoking executive privilege because he is heavily involved. He can not invoke this privilege for the DOJ. tick, tick, tick!

And to add to this fact Holder was asked just yesterday if the President has been briefed on these proceedings and Holder stated NO. Huh, yet last night he invokes an Executive Order? On what grounds? He is not privy to what is going on with the case? I’m perplexed! NOT

Roger dodger, it has to be him or someone working at his direction. So either he lied about not knowing anything about it (no far stretch there) or he was up to his nose in it (which i fervently believe is true). Either way, lots of blood on his hands.

Thanks. Saw this but haven’t had the time to digest. Will all the posts going on, I don’t have much time beyond getting my ping list ready for tomorrow a.m. With an early breakfast meeting, there’s no way I can leave it until then...
