If this isn't a good enough reason for at least one democrat to cross the aisle and join the GOP to vote for contempt then there really are no good democrats in congress.
They are all criminals, every one.

The NRA has said they will be scoring reps on their vote for contempt against Eric Holder. This will get interesting for those blue dogs that need the NRA’s support this year, particularly in pro gun states like Pennsylvania.

Rep. Connolly talked about Kangaroo courts and said we need more gun control and an assault rifle ban instead of a contempt vote.Well we know where he stands....IF that is correct.

With today's technology, why is any time needed to produce documents? Seems to me everything is digital; easily and quickly accessable, no?
If it would further their agenda I bet every bit of information would be handed over in a New York minute.

The Democrats, like Reps Towns and Rep Norton, tried to say that the Committee should give more time to Eric Holder... Apparently, a year and a half of stonewalling wasn't enough! Good on Issa!!!!!

The contempt resolution now goes to the full House who will also vote for the contempt of Congress citation against Attorney General Holder. But then what happens? It goes to the Department of Justice to prosecute! Does anyone really think his own department will prosecute him??? I don’t.

OK, they hold Eric Holder in contempt — THEN WHAT ???
Can they force Eric Holder to LEAVE by doing that? Or is it just another thing similar to the CENSURE of Charlie Rangel — which is to say — they say “You’ve been a bad boy” and then he continues to stay on?
WHAT CONSEQUENCES ARE THERE?
I want Holder OUT -— That’s the bottom line.
Can Holding him in contempt of Congress do it?

BP Agent Brian Terry was not the only Federal agent killed by guns allowed to walk by the ATF-DoJ.
ICE Agent Jaime Zapata and his partner, Victor Avila, were ambushed at a fake roadblock in Mexico. Were they set up? If so by whom?

It goes to the Department of Justice to prosecute! Does anyone really think his own department will prosecute him??? I dont. Even if it did, how could Holder possibly be convicted now? All he has to do is say that he was not allowed to hand over the remaining documents because his boss claimed Executive Privilege and would not let him to turn them over.
