I doubt this. I imagine the Saudis despise Obama like the rest of the world. Noone likes a narcissistic sniveling whiner who blames all his problems on others. Having a strong US is in their best interests.
The Saudi Royal Family needs the US to be strong enough to keep them safe while they fund Islamic imperialism and wahhabi terrorism abroad. They do it to keep Mecca appease the Islamic terrorists who captured the Grand Mosque in 1979.
They don’t love us but they need us while they work to destroy us. It is an unhealthy relationship for us.
